We will be doing the Masterful Coaching Masterclass at my house, “Harvard House,” my mini-conference center in the Boston area.
We have had many CEOs and teams hold team strategy and planning sessions here.
It has also been the site of 20/20 and other new source interviews, and numerous photo shoots.
The house is on 15 acres of woodland but close to Harvard, MIT, and Fenway Park.

What is the Masterful Coaching Masterclass?
The Masterful Coaching Masterclass – Breakthroughs in Boston – is an advanced coaching course for professional coaches or enterprise leaders who are “winning” and want to reach the Master Certified Coach (MCC) level. It is a three-day program, followed by a monthly group mentoring call with Robert for 6 months.
What makes the Masterclass different?
The Masterclass is never academic, theoretical, or abstract. It is fast-paced, edge-of-your-seat, eye-opening learning.
Says Robert: “I have always believed that if I want to make a point, the best way to do it is to tell stories based on my own experience of coaching CEOs, presidents, team members, and so on.”
“I learned from observing masterful coaches in sports and the performing arts that a real Masterclass involves observing people as they make a committed attempt to perform and then giving them meaningful feedback until they have a breakthrough.”
For instance, on the second day, each participant selects a specific challenge related to one of the 5 Steps in the MC “Get More Clients System” where they want to achieve a breakthrough.
Robert Hargrove coaches participants live through “hot seats” or role plays providing meaningful feedback until each has a breakthrough moment or epiphany.
Participants learn not only through their own experience being coached, but also by observing others go through the same process of committed practice and real-time feedback to facilitate breakthroughs.
Where does the program take place?
The program takes place at the Harvard House – “The Gathering Place” – in Boston (Waltham) as a face-to-face program over the course of three days, with a one-hour monthly virtual group follow-up call for six months.

What are the program requirements?
All participants must hold an active PCC credential in good standing to participate. (Equivalent credentials will be accepted.) The application process includes submitting a statement of PCC status or equivalency and an interview with one of our advisors to see if you qualify.
What is the cost and format of the program?
The tuition for the Masterful Coaching Masterclass is $7595, with an early bird discount: $5595 if paid by May 1, or $6595 if paid by June 30. The program consists of 72 hours in-person, and a monthly mentoring group Zoom call with Robert for six months. You will also be able to text, email, or make a 15-minute check-in call as needed with Robert during that 6 months.
