360 Transformational Feedback

Build on your greatest strengths and rip the blinders off your weaknesses.

Get feedback based on in-depth interviews, not tick the box 1-5.

The goal: produce an alteration, not an assessment.

Is 360 Transformational Feedback right for you?

You’re a super confident CEO or C-Suite member who has gotten some signals that you may need to transform your leadership style.

You’re someone who could be catapulted to a high-level executive role if only you could change one or two things about how show up as a leader.

You sense your job in the organization is at risk and there’s a yellow warning light on the dashboard of your HR file you don’t want turned on.

Take your leadership to the next level in weeks, not months (or years) without having to invest in the time or expense of a long-term coaching relationship.

How the 360 Transformational Feedback Process Works

“Not only did I receive feedback that supported me in being a better leader, my relationships with my direct reports and peers also improved.” – Peter Jackson, VP Adidas

We speak with you to get to know you, your aspirations, goals, and challenges.

We do in-depth interviews with 8 to 10 people about your strengths, vulnerabilities, breakdown places, learning edges or derailers.

We go through the interviews with you one by one in confidential conversations rather than through a report that others have access to.

You gain the insight and power to transform those one or two behaviors that could plateau or derail your career.

The process is intended for people at the highest levels of global 1000 companies and requires an investment of time and expense.

The Masterful Coaching 360 feedback transformed who I was as a leader and changed the arc of my career.
