HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
1. Select the Right Candidates: We help you to select a group of 10 emerging leaders who touch your strategy and who you would like to develop in a very accelerated way. We do this with the leadership agility assessment.
2. Kickoff: Fire-Starter Weekend: The Masterclass starts with Robert Hargrove engaging the group in a Fire-Starter weekend
- Each person receives 360 Leadership Agility assessment
- Each person creates an Impossible Future consistent with organization needs
- Each person designs a leadership challenge, business challenge, career challenge
- Each person agrees to a 100-day catalytic breakthrough project that will make or save the organization money
3. One to One Coaching from Master Level Coach: Each person receives one 90 minute coaching session every month.
4. Three Master-classes: Over the course of the year, to further accelerate people’s development and ability to produce results, there will be 3 Master-classes with Robert Hargrove.
