STEP ONE: CRISIS PREVENTION
We join your organization as your trusted adviser on a retainer basis at a reasonable cost. When a potential crisis looms, you have a hotline at your side to talk to experts well-grounded in your situation.
- We speak to your top executives four times year about your strategy, making it a reality and anticipating potential crisis that could arise.
- We bring in industry experts that can help you see something that, if you don’t see, could result in disaster.
- We help you and your HR group build “True North” Leadership Teams at every level of your organization designed to help you: 1) identify, 2) manage, 3) and resolve crisis
- We help you coach your department heads to set up a business risk score card system

STEP TWO: CRISIS MANAGEMENT
When you are faced with a crisis, we will activate a higher intensity engagement and help leaders through a structured coaching process based on True North Principles developed at Harvard. We meet with you as often once a week, and talk to you as often as once a day.
Lesson #1 Stay in touch with your own true north (what’s right and wrong)
Lesson #2 Don’t hide under the bed; you must face reality
Lesson #3 Be a Game Changer – Never waste a good crisis
Lesson #4 Create a 100 day plan – Secure early wins, Attack ‘A’ Level Priorities
Lesson #5 Brace up; no matter how bad things are, they will get worse
Lesson #6 Be aggressive with your PR and non-defensive in dealing with media
Lesson #7 Before asking others to sacrifice, first volunteer you

STEP THREE: GAME CHANGER
Our first job together is to help you lead your crisis team to a successful result, dealing with leadership issues, the immediate real world problems, and PR issues. The next step involves coming up with a game changer that gets to fundamental causes and solutions
- Is your company in danger of going into bankruptcy? You may have to shrink costs, but you can’t shrink your way to greatness.
- Is your Federal or State Agency one that would do just great if the 1960’s came back? We will help you bring it into the 2lst century.
- Are government regulators coming down on your institutions? We will help your leaders see that the government has moved in next door and its staying. How can you best work with them?
